His work covers residency, study and work permits, citizenship, inadmissibility, humanitarian cases, and business immigration. He’s known for high-stakes matters like removal orders, detention, and procedural fairness. Austin also appears regularly before the Federal Court, challenging refusals and securing urgent relief. His firm is known for strategic, results-driven, and client-focused advocacy.

He also represents clients in appeals, Federal Court reviews, and humanitarian applications, with experience in inadmissibility, start-up visas, LMIAs, and intra-company transfers. Called to the Ontario Bar in 2021, Mayank holds dual J.D. degrees from the University of Windsor and the University of Detroit Mercy. He serves clients in English, Punjabi, Hindi, and Urdu.

A former refugee himself, Tawfic brings empathy and resilience to his client-centered advocacy. He was called to the Ontario Bar in 2023 and holds a J.D. from the University of Ottawa. He serves clients in English and Akan.
