Austin Mandall Rooplall
Principal Lawyer & Founder
Austin Mandall Rooplall is the founder of Mandall Immigration Law and a recognized leader in Canadian immigration. He advises clients ranging from investors and executives to individuals with complex admissibility issues. His work covers residency, study and work permits, citizenship, inadmissibility, humanitarian cases, and business immigration. He’s known for high-stakes matters like removal orders, detention, and procedural fairness. Austin also appears regularly before the Federal Court, challenging refusals and securing urgent relief. His firm is known for strategic, results-driven, and client-focused advocacy.
Muhammad Ahsan
Director of Legal Operations
Muhammad is the Director of Legal Operations at Mandall Immigration Law, bringing impressive experience in Canadian immigration. He plays a key role in both client engagement and firm operations, ensuring each file begins with clarity, support, and direction. He leads all initial consultations, helping clients understand their options and set realistic expectations. Working closely with legal counsel, Muhammad helps shape strategic pathways tailored to each case. His empathetic approach, strong procedural knowledge, and leadership in managing internal workflows contribute to the firm’s reputation for excellence and efficiency.
Mayank Bhasin
Senior Immigration Lawyer
Mayank is an associate lawyer at Mandall Immigration Law, advising individuals and businesses on work permits, study permits, family sponsorships, Express Entry, and provincial programs. He also represents clients in appeals, Federal Court reviews, and humanitarian applications, with experience in inadmissibility, start-up visas, LMIAs, and intra-company transfers. Called to the Ontario Bar in 2021, Mayank holds dual J.D. degrees from the University of Windsor and the University of Detroit Mercy. He serves clients in English, Punjabi, Hindi, and Urdu.
Paran Singh

Paran is an associate Lawyer at Mandall Immigration Law, where he provides strategic advice and representation across all areas of Canadian immigration. Licensed to practice in both Canada and India, he brings a global perspective and a strong understanding of cross-border immigration matters. He assists individuals and families with work permits, Express Entry, Provincial Nominee Programs, family sponsorships, humanitarian and compassionate applications, refugee claims, and Federal Court reviews. As an immigrant himself, Paran guides clients through every step of their journey with clarity and care.

Theo is a Senior Case Manager at Mandall Immigration Law, where he assists clients with a wide range of immigration matters through careful preparation and dedicated support. He is currently completing his Juris Doctor in Common Law at the University of Ottawa and will soon be joining the profession as a lawyer. With both legal training and extensive case management experience, Theo brings a strong combination of knowledge, precision, and client-focused service to every file he works on.

Case Analyst
Salma is a Case Analyst at Mandall Immigration Law, currently completing her Juris Doctor in French Common Law at the University of Ottawa. She holds a Joint Honors Bachelor’s in Communications and Political Science.
With a personal connection to immigration through her family heritage, Salma is passionate about helping clients navigate complex immigration matters. Fluent in English, French, and Arabic, she provides tailored support and is committed to fairness and equality in every case.
