He leads all initial consultations, helping clients understand their options and set realistic expectations. Paran Singh
Senior Immigration Lawyer

Paran is an associate Lawyer at Mandall Immigration Law, where he provides strategic advice and representation across all areas of Canadian immigration. Licensed to practice in both Canada and India, he brings a global perspective and a strong understanding of cross-border immigration matters. He assists individuals and families with work permits, Express Entry, Provincial Nominee Programs, family sponsorships, humanitarian and compassionate applications, refugee claims, and Federal Court reviews. As an immigrant himself, Paran guides clients through every step of their journey with clarity and care.

He is currently completing his Juris Doctor in Common Law at University of Ottawa and will soon be joining the profession as a lawyer. With both legal training and extensive case management experience, Theo brings a strong combination of knowledge, precision, and client-focused service to every file he works on. Benjamin Cohen-Murison
Associate Lawyer

Benjamin Cohen-Murison is an associate lawyer at Mandall Immigration Law, where he assists clients with a wide range of Canadian immigration matters, including admissibility issues, Temporary Resident Permits, judicial review, mandamus applications, visitor permits, study permits, and spousal applications. Called to the Ontario Bar in 2024, Benjamin brings focused immigration experience. He holds an LLM by Research and an LLB from the University of Edinburgh, as well as a BA from McGill University. With a thoughtful and detail-oriented approach, Benjamin helps clients navigate complex immigration challenges with clarity, care, and confidence.

Diahanna Rose Ramadhar
Associate Lawyer

Diahanna is an associate lawyer at Mandall Immigration Law, representing clients across a wide range of Canadian immigration matters, including family sponsorships, work and study permits, refugee claims, humanitarian applications, judicial review, citizenship, permanent residence, and business immigration. She brings a strong international perspective, having travelled to over 65 countries, lived and studied abroad, and completed international legal research fellowships in Mexico and Argentina. She provides legal services in English, Spanish, and French.

Jasmine Dhaliwal
Associate Lawyer

Jasmine is an associate lawyer at Mandall Immigration Law with over five years of experience in Canadian immigration. Before her call to the Bar, she gained extensive hands-on experience in progressive immigration roles, including immigration services assistant, senior legal administrative assistant, and articling student. She has managed high volumes of immigration files, drafted applications and legal submissions, conducted legal research, and worked closely with clients and government authorities. She is fluent in Punjabi and Hindi and practices in English.

Yulia Kan
Senior Immigration Consultant

Yulia Kan is a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant with over nine years of experience in Canadian immigration. She advises clients on Express Entry, Provincial Nominee Programs (PNP), Labour Market Impact Assessments (LMIA), family sponsorship, and temporary residence applications, including visitor visas, study permits, and work permits. She holds a Bachelor's degree in European Studies and Globalization from the University of British Columbia and has lived in three countries before settling in Canada in 2010, giving her a valuable perspective on the immigrant experience.

Salma El-Hajj
Case Analyst

Salma is a Case Analyst at Mandall Immigration Law, currently completing her Juris Doctor in French Common Law at the University of Ottawa. She holds a Joint Honors Bachelor’s in Communications and Political Science. With a personal connection to immigration through her family heritage, Salma is passionate about helping clients navigate complex immigration matters. Fluent in English, French, and Arabic, she provides tailored support and is committed to fairness and equality in every case.
